Support Center
For first-time users:
You must have a user name and account within the DataWorks Plus Customer Portal system. To setup your account, please email support@dataworksplus.com. Include the following information in your email:
- Name
- Department/Title
- Agency
- Email address
- Phone number
To create a ticket after you have an account:
- Access the portal by clicking "Enter Support Center" above.
- Enter your username and password and click Login to log into the customer portal.
- From the home page, click New Ticket.
- Fill in the ticket information and click Submit.
- The system will send the ticket to our support team.
Tracking the status of tickets you have entered:
- Access the portal by clicking "Enter Support Center" above.
- Enter your username and password and click Login to log into the customer portal.
- All open tickets will be displayed on the home page. Click the "Ticket ID" number to open a ticket. To view a closed ticket, you need to click Find Ticket. You may search on ticket number, organization, or the date to locate the desired ticket.
