Customers can now enter and view technical support tickets and view the status from web.

Enter Support Center

For first-time users:
You must have a user name and account within the DataWorks Plus Customer Portal system. To setup your account, please email support@dataworksplus.com. Include the following information in your email:

  • Name
  • Department/Title
  • Agency
  • Email address
  • Phone number

To create a ticket after you have an account:

  • Access the portal by clicking "Enter Support Center" above.
  • Enter your username and password and click Login to log into the customer portal.
  • From the home page, click New Ticket.
  • Fill in the ticket information and click Submit.
  • The system will send the ticket to our support team.

Tracking the status of tickets you have entered:

  • Access the portal by clicking "Enter Support Center" above.
  • Enter your username and password and click Login to log into the customer portal.
  • All open tickets will be displayed on the home page. Click the "Ticket ID" number to open a ticket. To view a closed ticket, you need to click Find Ticket. You may search on ticket number, organization, or the date to locate the desired ticket.

**Note that tickets entered via the web are not monitored after normal business hours. For critical issues, please contact support directly by using our toll-free number:
