Technical Writer & Sales Lead Generator
Type: Full-time
Location: Greenville, SC
DataWorks Plus, LLC is a fast growing information technology firm based in Greenville, South Carolina. We specialize in the development, integration and support of Digital Imaging and Information Management systems for Law Enforcement Public Safety, Corrections and Courts nationwide.
We are currently seeking to fill a full-time position for a Technical Writer/Sales Lead Generator. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-motivator with excellent communication skills. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word is required.
Responsibilites include:
- Working with Sales Team to respond to Request for Proposals
- Qualifying sales leads
- Generating new sales leads via cold calls
- Assisting in the development of technical documentation for law enforcement products
Additional
skills preferred, but not required:
- Experience with RoboHelp
- Experience with Goldmine or other contact management applications

Computer Support Technician
Type: Full-Time
Location: Greenville, SC

Responsibilites include:
- Receive and document hardware and software calls from Law Enforcement Agencies
- Work with customers and local Regional Engineers to diagnose and resolve issues
- Perform software upgrades
Skills Required:
- Must be familiar with hardware troubleshooting and working with various Operating Systems (NT 4.0, XP, and 2000.)
- Must be familiar with SQL
- Photography experience a plus
Additional Information:
- Must be able to pass a security background check
