Discontinued Products
Below is a listing of products for which parts and service may
no longer be available. The parts are listed by manufacturer for
easy viewing. If your agency has a discontinued product covered under
an active maintenance contract, DataWorks Plus will continue to
service the products as best we are able until the end of the current
contract. If a product that has been discontinued fails while under
contract and it cannot be repaired then we will only be able to
supply a replacement if we have the product in stock. If the discontinued
product is not available from our existing inventory, we will offer
to replace the product with a similar or upgrade product at a reduced
cost. DataWorks Plus would retain the broken product in our inventory
to be used for spare parts.
DataWorks Plus will provide parts and service for discontinued
products for as long as the manufacturer continues to provide parts
and service. After that time the maintenance coverage for the discontinued
products will not be renewed. Maintenance values for renewals will
be adjusted accordingly.
